The fastest way to waste a year in a gym is to train hard with bad technique. That doesn't happen here.

Led by CJ — a name Calicut lifters already know — our coaches stay on the floor: watching, correcting, and adjusting your plan as you get stronger. Members describe the coaching as "a perfect combination of encouragement and pushing your limits." Beginners get taught from the first squat; experienced lifters get pushed past the plateau they've been stuck on. Either way, you're never just a membership card.

Do I need to be fit before I start?+

Not at all. We coach complete beginners every week — your first session starts wherever you are, including your very first squat.

How much does membership cost?+

We offer monthly, quarterly and annual plans, plus dedicated personal-training packages. Your free trial includes a no-pressure walkthrough of the options.

Which branch should I visit?+

We're at Thondayad Bypass and Panniyankara. Pick whichever is closer — both run the same coaching standard and equipment quality.

Are you open on Sundays?+

We train Monday to Saturday and are closed on Sunday. Message us on Instagram for the current batch timings at your branch.

Do you offer diet & physio support?+

Yes — nutrition coaching and in-house physiotherapy support are part of how we train, not paid extras bolted on later.
